PalLab projesinin amacı, Roman çocuklar ve gençlerle çalışan öğretmenleri, aracıları ve uzmanları kültürlerarası eğitim ve pedagojik teknikler konusunda niteliklerini artırarak desteklemektir. Bu kişilere, ayrıştırılmış ya da ayrıştırılmamış arka plandaki marjinal gruplarla çalışmak için değerli araçlar sağlanacak, öğrencilerin materyalleri anlamalarına, onlarla doğru ve etkili bir şekilde etkileşime girmelerine ve okulu erken terk etme oranının azaltılmasına yardımcı olunacaktır.
PAL LAB eğitmenleri olarak adlandırılan eğitmenler için eğitim planı ve müfredatının oluşturulması , oluşturulan müfredatın uluslararası düzeyde pilot uygulamasının yapılması ve yeterlilik matrisine dayalı eğiticilerin eğitimi Kültürlerarası ve pedagojik eğitim için 50 yürütücü ve uzmana yönelik eğitim planı ve müfredat materyallerinin oluşturulması Öğretmenler ve arabulucular için Pedagoji Araç Kutusunun 100 okul öğretmeni arasında pilot uygulaması PAL LAB platformu ve envanterinin bir parçası olarak eğitim materyallerinin dijitalleştirilmesi
Eğitmenlere ve okul öğretmenlerine yönelik, Roman çocukların okul sürecine entegrasyonunu desteklemeyi amaçlayan, öğretmenler ve aracılar için Pedagoji Araç Kutusu PAL LAB El Kitabının oluşturulması ve pilot uygulaması, 50 yönlendirici ve 100 okul öğretmeninin katılımıyla 40 saat süren 5 modülden oluşmaktadır Uluslararası 100 okul öğretmeni ile oluşturulan eğitim müfredatına dayalı PAL Laboratuvarları PAL LAB platformu, çevrimiçi bir öğretim aracı ile vaka çalışmaları ve iyi uygulamalardan oluşan PAL LAB envanterinden oluşmaktadır

The aim of the project is to support the teachers, mediators and experts working with Romani children and youth through upskilling of their qualification in intercultural training and pedagogical techniques. They will be provided with valuable tools for working with marginalized groups in segregated or not backgrounds helping the learners to understand the materials, interact correctly and effectively with them and help the reduction of early school leaving.
